About The Company

Our client is a respected membership organisation supporting health professionals. You will be joining a busy team and work specifically on the delivery of their annual conference.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Operational planning and onsite delivery of their annual conference in June.
  • Managing the speaker communications including briefing, logistics and onsite support.
  • Support marketing, registration and event app set up.

What We Are Looking For

  • Extensive experience of delivering large-scale in-person conferences.
  • Substantial experience managing logistics end-to-end from planning through to onsite delivery.
  • Strong experience managing speakers, facilitators and subject matter experts.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and event management systems.
  • Availability to start on 13th April (interviews are scheduled for 2nd April).
  • You MUST have the right to work in the UK - visa sponsorship is not available.
