About The Company
My client is an award-winning property developer in the "Build-to-Rent" sector.
About the Role
- Lead, manage and deliver end-to-end website projects and enhancements across BAU, optimisation and transformation initiatives.
- Own the day-to-day maintenance and performance of our e-commerce website.
- Gather requirements from Marketing, Leasing and Tech teams, translating them into clear user stories and prioritised backlog items.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Digital Operations Manager to deliver growth-focused projects ahead of peak season.
- Define and refine detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira, aligned to business needs and the Drupal platform.
- Manage agency and internal development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Conduct QA and UAT testing, providing clear feedback until acceptance criteria are met.
- Upload and maintain website content including copy, imagery, video and components.
- Ensure all planned activities and changes are clearly communicated across stakeholders.

About You
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or Product Owner within e-commerce (agency or client-side).
- Strong hands-on experience managing websites for high-growth B2C brands.
- Solid technical understanding of CMS platforms, ideally Drupal, with experience uploading and managing content.
- Experience working with Jira, Figma and Miro, with familiarity in HTML and CSS.
- Strong understanding of digital customer acquisition, integrations, APIs and customer journeys.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical deliverables, as well as briefing web developers.
- Analytical, inquisitive and detail-oriented, with a strong delivery mindset.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Passionate about best practices and creating frictionless customer experiences.
