A dynamic and creative B2C Digital Marketing Executive is needed to support digital campaigns and content across multiple brands including residential property, hospitality (restaurants & food halls), co-working, commercial leasing, and placemaking. This role is fully office-based.

About the Role: You’ll work across web, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, helping to deliver and optimise campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the execution of digital marketing strategies across multiple brands and sectors.
- Manage and update content across websites (WordPress & Prismic), social media, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with agencies on paid media (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and SEO initiatives.
- Help develop and deliver organic social content for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Chinese channels like WeChat and Weibo.
- Execute and optimise email marketing campaigns in line with CRM goals.
- Track and report on campaign performance to drive ongoing improvement.

What We’re Looking For:- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience across all digital marketing channels including email, advertising/media, websites and social media.
- Understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, PPC and paid Social Media campaign development, execution and reporting.
- Experience in supporting digital campaigns: writing briefs, liaising with agencies and campaign development.
- Lead Generation and understanding of tactics and strategies to improve quality.
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to develop engaging content.
- Project management: setting and keeping to deadlines, effective communication, and prioritisation.
- Experience in CMS.
- Experience in Marketing Cloud / Salesforce including HTML email creation, database management, and reporting.
- Digital marketing analysis.
- Proficient in Adobe CS Suite design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
