Role Overview

Salary: £45,000 – 50,000
Location: Hybrid, Central London
Responsibilities
- Actively tend to the company's community, nurturing relationships ensuring the network feels alive and connected beyond formal programme moments.
- Manage and moderate community channels.
- Lead community initiatives and events, from strategy through to delivery and analysis.
- Work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Track community health metrics and maintain CRM data.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in community management, building and sustaining a community, with evidence of outcomes.
- Real interest in science and technology.
- Experience planning and delivering outreach events or campaigns, including in‑person.
- Experience engaging with and activating relationships with a network of senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally across the UK and Europe.
An understanding of the university and research ecosystem would be a plus.
