What you’ll be doing:

  • Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, turning concepts into beautifully crafted, scalable brand expressions.
  • Lead the concepting and design execution of key brand campaigns, product launches, digital experiences, and moments that drive awareness and love for the brand.
  • Elevate design quality across social, ads, digital, video, and experiential, ensuring every piece reflects our commitment to craft, clarity, and emotion.
  • Build, evolve, and maintain scalable brand design systems, brand guidelines, and frameworks that empower teams across regions and disciplines, ensuring consistent and efficient execution.

About You

  • 6+ years in brand design, ideally within high-growth tech startups or B2B SaaS companies, with a track record of driving impactful, strategic brand initiatives.
  • Outstanding portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand evolution, campaigns, digital and web experiences, video storytelling, web, and experiential projects.
  • Experience building and maintaining Design Systems or guidelines.
  • Experience concepting and storyboarding for video and motion content.
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway) and ability to integrate them into ideation or workflows.
