About the role
- Devise and execute an omnichannel B2B marketing plan focused on lead generation and conversion to meet commercial targets.
- Collaborate with digital teams to design and oversee automated nurture campaigns that maximise lead-to-customer conversion.
- Design and manage a detailed marketing calendar incorporating all B2B campaigns, partnerships, and business-as-usual activities.
- Oversee the development of non-digital brand assets, including sales collateral, brochures, and advertising materials.
- Analyse and report on ROI for all marketing activities, using data-driven insights to shape future strategy and decision-making.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring the optimisation of resources to achieve lean but high-impact results.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales and management teams to gather insights and ensure messaging is aligned across the prospect pipeline.

Qualifications and Experience
- Min. 3 years of experience in B2B marketing within a commercial property environment with a track record of delivering against targets.
- Conversion mindset: You understand that marketing doesn't stop at lead generation; you take a view of the entire customer journey.
- Analytical rigour: A methodical approach to testing, analysing and optimising campaigns to improve performance.
- Stakeholder management: Ability to work confidently within a matrix organisation and manage agency relationships.
- Communication skills: A clear, concise, and articulate communication style.
- Technical skills: experience using Adobe Suite or Canva for digital asset creation.
- Right to work in the UK – visa sponsorship is not available.
