About The Role
This is a high-trust, hands-on role spanning Systems, People Operations, Executive Support, Internal Operations, and Finance Admin. You’ll work closely with the CEO and COO to ensure the organisation runs smoothly, efficiently, and at pace as they continue to grow. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys bringing structure to complexity, and takes pride in making organisations run exceptionally well behind the scenes.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own and maintain the core operational systems including CRM, project management tools, and internal documentation.
- Support the evaluation, implementation, and integration of new AI and operational tools.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage internal workflows and communication systems.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the HQ and coworking environment.
- Support the CEO and COO workflows and executive coordination.
- Support the angel syndicate and investment operations.
- Coordinate the day‑to‑day financial administration.

ABOUT YOU
What We're Looking For
- Someone who spots problems, fixes them, and builds better processes.
- 8+ years’ experience in operations and/ or business support within startups, scaleups, or fast‑paced organisations.
- Strong experience across internal operations including systems, internal and HR processes, office management, and finance admin.
- Experience supporting senior leadership, including complex coordination and workflow management.
- Comfortable working across multiple priorities in a lean, high‑growth environment.
- Systems‑minded and confident with tools such as Notion, Asana, and CRM.
- Exposure to investment, venture, or financial operations would be a strong plus.
You MUST have the right to work in the UK - visa sponsorship is not available.
