We’re looking for an experienced marketing leader to take ownership of marketing strategy across a global portfolio of live events and entertainment brands. This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands how to market live experiences, build audiences, and drive ticket sales at scale. You’ll combine strategic thinking with creative campaign development, leading a talented marketing team while delivering high-impact campaigns across multiple markets.

About the Role You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Developing and leading the marketing strategy across a portfolio of live event brands
  • Creating integrated campaigns that drive ticket sales, audience growth and brand awareness
  • Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary marketing team across paid media, content and social
  • Overseeing digital marketing activity across Meta, TikTok, Google, email and emerging channels
  • Driving creative campaign ideas that cut through and generate audience engagement
  • Managing budgets, analysing performance and optimising ROI
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders, event teams and external partners to deliver commercially successful campaigns

  • A proven track record of delivering campaigns that drive ticket sales and attendance
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
  • Strong strategic planning skills combined with hands-on campaign execution
  • Expertise across digital marketing, paid media, content and social channels
  • A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative audience-growth campaigns
  • Strong commercial acumen, budget management and performance analysis skills
  • A genuine passion for live entertainment, music and audience culture
