About The Company

Our client is a health and well‑being brand with ambitious plans for UK growth and global expansion. They’re now hiring a Head of Marketing to take ownership of the brand and lead marketing across multiple channels in a hands‑on, high‑impact role.

About The Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead the growth of a premium health supplement brand with ambitious direct‑to‑consumer expansion plans. This is a hands‑on leadership role within a small, entrepreneurial team where you will take ownership of brand positioning, e-commerce growth, customer acquisition and digital marketing performance. The ideal candidate will come from a highly commercial consumer sector – ideally health, beauty, wellness or premium lifestyle products – and understand how to build differentiated brands in competitive online markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the overall marketing strategy across digital and e-commerce channels
  • Drive direct‑to‑consumer sales through the company website and CRM/e‑commerce activity
  • Develop compelling brand positioning and messaging in a crowded marketplace
  • Oversee customer acquisition, retention and conversion performance
  • Manage SEO, paid media, email marketing and website optimisation initiatives
  • Work closely with product and leadership teams to translate product science into compelling consumer messaging
  • Support the transition and management of external creative and digital agency relationships
  • Analyse campaign and website performance to drive continual commercial improvement
  • Build scalable marketing processes suitable for a fast‑growing business

About You

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused marketer who enjoys combining brand, digital and e‑commerce strategy within a growing premium consumer business.

You’ll Bring

  • Proven marketing leadership experience within highly commercial consumer sectors
  • Strong direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce experience, ideally within health, beauty, wellness or premium consumer brands
  • Track record of growing online sales through website and digital marketing channels
  • Strong understanding of brand differentiation, customer behaviour and digital acquisition
  • Experience managing agencies and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Commercially minded, proactive and hands‑on approach
  • Comfortable operating within a small, fast‑paced business environment

You MUST have the right to work in the UK – visa sponsorship is not available.
