Our client is a charity dedicated to supporting people leaving the armed forces. You will be joining a high performing team, with a genuine opportunity to make your mark.

About The Role

What you will be doing:

  • Planning, building and managing email campaigns
  • Designing branded email templates and visual assets using Canva
  • Managing and updating the charity's website, including creating new pages and editing content
  • Maintaining the digital content calendars across web and email channels
  • Tracking, reporting and analysing the digital performance

About You

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in planning, building and managing email campaigns
  • Experience with audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis
  • A track record of website management
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with dotdigital and WordPress (or similar systems)
  • Prior experience in the charity or NFP sector would be an advantage
