THE COMPANY
My client has a reputation built on service, quality and trust. Their head office is in the West Midlands, and you will need to be happy coming into the office initially at least 4 days a week to build your knowledge of the business and team. Once relationships are established, it is much more flexible, but you do need to be able to get to the offices for meetings or when needed.
THE ROLE
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating digital marketing from digital operations to lead generation for the consumer/end user market to drive growth. This will involve:
- Developing and executing a digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, taking consumer research and insights into account.
- Driving lead generation through leveraging channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliations, and social media.
- Optimising conversion rates through digital touchpoints including website landing pages, e-commerce platforms, and lead capture forms.
- Overseeing the creation and distribution of engaging digital content including product promotions, educational resources, and customer testimonials.
- Managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns from planning to execution to tracking and optimisation.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders from sales teams to customer service teams and external agencies.
YOU
To be successful in this role, you will be a data-driven digital marketer with proven experience and success in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns. You will have experience of building teams and have worked at a senior level, preferably within a recurring revenues business. You will have a strong knowledge of SEO/SEM and social media management as well as expertise in Google Analytics.
You will also have excellent stakeholder management experience both internally and externally and have experience of working in a complex or multi-brand business. You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
