About The Role
What you'll be doing:
- Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy, aligning all marketing plans with core commercial targets and revenue goals.
- Execute hands-on multi-channel campaigns across PPC, website, third-party channels, paid social, and email marketing.
- Manage and optimise CRM performance, including lead capture, routing, automation, and full funnel conversion.
- Deliver an integrated SEO and AEO strategy, creating commercially focused content tailored to modern search and AI-driven answer engines.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards, connecting datasets across all channels to deliver structured monthly reporting with clear actionable insights.
- Align Sales, Product, and Marketing teams on lead quality, deal performance reviews, and unified commercial priorities.
- Manage external agencies and shared internal resources, ensuring all outputs focus entirely on the highest-impact activities.
ABOUT YOU
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in B2B marketing, specifically within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Proven track record of pipeline ownership, with demonstrated accountability for hitting lead generation, conversion, or revenue targets.
- Deep, hands‑on technical experience with PPC platforms, CRMs (specifically HubSpot), email automation, and web analytics tools.
- Strong analytical capability with a passion for connecting datasets to map and optimise the full‑funnel customer journey.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
