Responsibilities

  • Actively tend to the company's community, nurturing relationships ensuring the network feels alive and connected beyond formal programme moments.
  • Manage and moderate community channels.
  • Lead community initiatives and events, from strategy through to delivery and analysis.
  • Work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track community health metrics and maintain CRM data.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in community management, building and sustaining a community, with evidence of outcomes.
  • Real interest in science and technology.
  • Experience planning and delivering outreach events or campaigns, including in-person.
  • Experience engaging with and activating relationships with a network of senior stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally across the UK and Europe.
  • An understanding of the university and research ecosystem would be a plus.
