We’re on the hunt for a creative, commercially-minded marketing manager to join a growing London Content Agency that’s shaking things up.

Permanent B2B Agency Central London – Hybrid 3 days per week. Pay range up to £40,000.

About The Role

Turn big ideas into high-impact email campaigns and lead-generation campaigns across email, social and digital. Drive the agency’s growth and help shape the future of clients’ email marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan and deliver lead-gen campaigns across email, social and digital; support events and client projects; write copy for promotional content.
  • Run A/B tests, track metrics, refine strategies, manage risks, and align campaigns with sales goals.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics to create clear reports, share insights and present results confidently to stakeholders.
  • Build and deploy email campaigns, manage CRM and automation, update websites, and support ads, social and design tasks.
  • Stay on top of marketing trends, bring fresh ideas and help shape the agency’s marketing approach.

About You

  • Solid experience within a B2B email marketing team, managing projects.
  • Ability to deliver digital projects specifically email, video, audio and online content.
  • Grounding in marketing and ability to interpret data.
  • Ability to manage a budget.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
