- High‑Retention Editing: You will be producing long‑form content. You understand "pacing" and know how to use b‑roll, zooms, and text overlays to keep a user watching a 40‑minute tutorial on Google Ads.
- Short‑Form Adaptation: You can take a 20‑minute deep dive and extract three viral‑ready Shorts/Reels that work as standalone content.
- Brand Style: You will be able to get under the skin of the Ben Heath brand and ensure videos align with brand style, tone, and audience expectations.
