Are you a driven B2B marketer with a passion for creating impactful campaigns that deliver measurable results? Our client is looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist to plan and deliver multi channel campaigns in the UK market.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive campaign strategy, manage execution across multiple channels, analyse performance and collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to drive growth and income. Started by an online entrepreneur, this company is now the biggest online automotive brand in the USA and is now operating in the UK and Canada.

The Role

You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing remote team where your ideas and expertise will shape the launch into the UK market. You will be the sole UK marketing resource so will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in demand generation, automation and content driven campaigns.

In terms of specifics, you\'ll be involved in and responsible for:

  • Strategy: Translate the UK business strategy into effective marketing campaign plans across B2B channels
  • Audience: Apply segmentation and personalisation strategies to develop relevant messaging
  • Insights: Keep up with industry trends, competitor activity and customer insights to strengthen campaigns effectiveness
  • Campaigns: Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (email, onsite merchandising, direct mail, paid display, social) to grow revenue and reduce churn
  • Performance: Use marketing automation and analytics tools to test, measure and improve campaigns incl Marketo, Looker, Salesforce and Google Analytics
  • Results: Build reports, run A/B tests, and share insights with stakeholders to inform business decisions
  • Events: Partner with the events team to coordinate and execute impactful dealer sales events

You\'ll also work closely with teams both in Ireland and the US including sales, product and business operations.

Managing budgets will be a key part of the role, ensuring they are allocated appropriately to drive engagement and growth. You\'ll also need to be confident in analysing and reporting financial KPIs.

To be successfully considered for the role of B2B Marketing Specialist, you will need:

  • Ideally 5 years in B2B marketing in the UK - tech/auto industry experience is highly desirable
  • Strong grasp of demand generation, retention tactics and campaign strategy
  • Comfortable with analytics platforms (Looker, Salesforce, Google Analytics) and marketing automation (Marketo preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM, email, and digital marketing tools
  • Ability to craft engaging copy across multiple on and offline channels
  • You need to be a self starter and used to both planning campaign strategy and delivery as you are the sole UK marketing resource
  • Ability to think long-term while delivering measurable short-term results
  • Proactive in generating fresh ideas and testing new approaches
  • Excellent written and verbal skills for presenting insights and recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Precision in execution and performance tracking

You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
