About The Role: As the person who turns big ideas into high‑impact email campaigns, you will work with large databases and bring in cold leads. This role sits within a growing content agency that is looking for a commercially minded B2B Email Marketing Manager to help drive change and shape the future of clients’ email marketing campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan, launch and optimise lead‑generation campaigns across email, social and digital; support events and client projects; write copy for promotional content.
- Run A/B tests, track metrics and refine strategies; manage risks; align campaigns with sales goals.
- Create reports using tools like Google Analytics, share insights and present results confidently to stakeholders.
- Build and deploy email campaigns, manage CRM and automation, update websites and support ads, social and design tasks.
- Stay up to date on marketing trends, bring fresh ideas and help shape the agency’s marketing approach.
About You:
- Solid experience within a B2B email marketing team, managing multiple projects.
- Ability to deliver digital projects specifically email, video, audio and online content.
- Grounding in marketing and ability to interpret data.
- Ability to manage a budget.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
