About The Role

You will be a proactive guardian of the agency's reputation as a leader in innovative and creative communications. This is a highly collaborative, energetic, and positive environment.

  • Working closely with the MD, you will take overall responsibility for the agency achieving and maintaining the highest standards of creative excellence.
  • Lead and mentor all the creatives in developing their skills as future assets for the agency, with full line responsibility.
  • Lead, with a very hands-on attitude, integrated creative comms campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Manage agency relationships and oversee creative development.
  • Opportunity to contribute to the agency's vision and strategy.
  • Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the Richmond office.

You will currently be a senior Art Director, an assistant CD, or a current Creative Director with Health sector experience. You will enjoy working in a buzzy and passionate agency, across multi-channel projects. You are someone who remains hands-on, revels in problem-solving, can bring an arsenal of fresh ideas, and loves to impress clients with intelligent solutions to their challenges. You are both a doer and a thinker, and your work reflects this.
