If you are a senior performance marketing operator who wants to build, scale, and run an agency from the inside, this is a brilliant opportunity!
The Company
We are working with a high‑growth performance marketing agency led by a founder who has built one of the most recognised personal brands in digital advertising, with a 1M+ audience across YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Through this audience and content engine, the business generates a consistent flow of high‑intent inbound leads from companies investing heavily in paid media.
The Role
The next stage of growth requires a Lead to build the agency infrastructure around that demand. This is a rare chance to step into a second‑in‑command role and build the operational backbone of a scaling performance marketing agency.
Your Responsibilities
- Building and structuring the entire agency operation from the ground up.
- Hiring and leading sales, media buying, and account management teams.
- Establishing a London‑based office and defining the team culture.
- Creating scalable delivery processes and performance standards.
- Ensuring exceptional client servicing and campaign execution.
- Turning inbound demand into a high‑performing, structured agency.
You will work directly with the founder, who continues to drive brand visibility, audience growth, and inbound demand at scale. He has already successfully built a large‑scale inbound demand engine, with a proven flow of high‑intent performance marketing clients. He now needs the agency structure in place to satisfy client demand.
Qualifications
- Comes from a performance marketing agency background and is London based.
- Has led and ideally built teams – sales, media buyers and account managers.
- Understands both client acquisition and delivery operations.
- Is highly hands‑on – comfortable both building strategy & executing it.
- Has helped scale or restructure an agency before.
This is not an 'ivory tower' leadership role — it is a very hands‑on business, building at pace - you will enjoy pace, buzz, variety and results! The package will be very competitive. You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK. If you can tick all the boxes, please apply online now. You must be eligible to work in the UK.
