About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting the team to deliver great creative work: navigating internal stakeholders, writing clear briefs, providing a considered point of view when reviewing work, and sharing with clients. You will manage roughly 6 clients, develop 2 prospect accounts at a time, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope. This is not a typical marketing role; it’s a chance to help build a team, shape project processes and have a visible impact on the agency’s next chapter. The role is based from the Vauxhall office, working hybrid 3 days per week, with a base pay of £35k‑£40k depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in delivering creative work, including stakeholder navigation and brief writing.
  • Take ownership of client relationships, fostering trust and agency credibility.
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring on‑time delivery and budget adherence.
  • Provide insights and a point of view when reviewing creative work.

Qualifications

  • Superb client handling and relationship building skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and clients at once.
  • Background in marketing and a passion for design and aesthetics.
