Experienced Kent based Sales & Marketing Manager required for this not for profit, social care company. You must have previous care home or senior living experience and be based near Dartford or Bexleyheath.

Well-established not for profit organisation in Kent, offering support for senior living.

THE ROLE

As Sales & Marketing Manager you will be working across a number of care homes in Kent. Key responsibilities include:

  • increasing home occupancy, ensuring sales targets and budgets are met
  • developing contacts with key care stakeholders
  • identifying new sales opportunities
  • local marketing activity
  • managing CRM and producing regular sales and marketing reports

YOU

Role

To be successful in this role you will have previous Sales Manager experience gained in the care home or senior living industry. You MUST have:

  • excellent numeracy skills with good PowerPoint and Excel experience
  • sales experience in care/healthcare sector
  • previous business development experience
  • good understanding admissions process for self-funders
  • marketing/CRM experience
  • ability to be based in Dartford/Bexleyheath full time, including travel to three centres.

You must be fluent in English and have the permanent right to work in the UK.
