Are you a results-driven digital campaign expert with a passion for travel, leisure or hospitality? We’re looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to join a growing team in a dynamic and creative environment!
About The Role
As Digital Campaign Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative consumer campaigns that engage, convert, and perform. You’ll take ownership of campaign strategy and execution across digital channels, optimising for ROI and using data-driven insights to drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of B2C digital campaigns across multiple platforms (PPC, paid social, display, email, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and brand alignment
- Analyse performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and implement continuous improvements to maximise campaign effectiveness
- Manage budgets, timelines and reporting with precision
- Stay up to date on trends in the travel, leisure and hospitality sectors
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in digital campaign management within the travel, leisure or hospitality sectors
- Strong analytical and ROI-focused mindset, with the ability to turn insights into action
- Hands-on experience with campaign platforms (Google Ads, Meta, CRM systems, etc.)
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and a passion for consumer engagement
