Chertsey-based Account Executive hybrid role for a Brand Engagement Agency, who work with one of the world\’s leading retail tech brands!

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working closely with the Go-To-Market Manager, you’ll help plan and implement promotional campaigns in-store, ensuring they’re rolled out smoothly, on time and within budget. This role blends project coordination, creative merchandising and stakeholder management, which is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.

You’ll be collaborating across departments, communicating with field teams and building relationships with vendors, all while keeping the customer experience at the heart of what you do.

What you\’ll be doing

• Coordinating retail promotions across multiple store formats
• Working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns
• Monitoring timelines, budgets and deliverables
• Supporting the development of post-campaign reports and presentations
• Conducting store visits to assess execution and build relationships with field teams
• Helping manage comms with the wider retail network via internal platforms
• Creating briefs and ensuring agency partners are aligned

• This is a hybrid role, working from home and onsite in Chertsey (with some travel to stores and occasional office visits as needed).
• Salary up to £31,500k DOE + up to 10% bonus and Life Assurance, Retail discounts, Aviva Pension, Rewards Hub, Sick Pay, Death in Service.

To be considered for the Account Executive role for a Brand Engagement Agency in Chertsey you’ll be a detail-oriented and enthusiastic team player with a passion for retail and technology. Whether you’re stepping up from a marketing assistant role or already have experience in retail activation, agency account management or brand support, you’ll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You’ll Need To Show

• Around 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing agency
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfort working across departments and with external partners
• Passion for retail, customer experience and new tech
