A fast growing cybersecurity software company is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its expanding commercial team.

The business is building a platform that helps companies achieve and maintain compliance with recognised standards more quickly and efficiently.

This is a full cycle sales role with responsibility for generating pipeline, running demos and closing new business.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Run discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Manage opportunities from first conversation through to close.
  • Work closely with the CEO, sales team and product function.
  • Provide market feedback to help shape the company’s commercial strategy.
  • Ideal Background
  • Previous experience in a B2B sales role.
  • At least one to two years of closing experience.
  • Saa S experience is strongly preferred.
  • Confident prospecting through phone, email, Linked In and your own network.
  • Comfortable owning the full sales cycle.
  • Able to work independently within a fast paced startup environment.
  • Commercially credible and comfortable speaking with senior decision makers.

  • Uncapped commission with OTE of circa £100,000.
