We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Marketer on behalf of an exciting lifestyle brand based in Oxfordshire. Ideal role for any experienced social media professional who loves getting hands on with both content creation and social strategy.
The Business: The leader in their sector, this luxury lifestyle brand is made up of two businesses, has several UK locations and employs hundreds of staff up and down the country. They’ve grown rapidly in a relatively short time due mainly to the quality of their product and an explosion in its popularity. The majority of their backroom team work from an outstanding and lively Oxfordshire based showroom and office space and the team here really do love the brand! Rooted firmly in the travel and automotive space, they offer adventure, luxury and experiences to customers and are keen to continue to add enthusiastic, creative and driven marketeers to their team.
The Role: For this role, the business is looking for a true social native who also has experience leading strategy! Someone who knows what content works on what channel, someone who can spot a trend and jump on it and someone who loves to try things, suggest new ideas and think strategically. You’ll have plenty of support from the wider marketing team but will have creative freedom and autonomy to take the lead on social output.
- Overseeing the company’s many social channels and taking ownership of content, strategy, community management and reporting.
- Helping to capture short form content for use across social media – be this on-the-fly snapping in the showroom, playful content ideas with the team, capturing products or attending events.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends across platforms and bringing new reactive and proactive ideas for posts and content.
The Opportunity: We think this is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a really impressive brand with a clear focus (and plan) for growth. The brand has won countless awards, their product is exciting and their messaging and branding are energetic, passionate and very well defined. The businesses product and brand offers outstanding opportunities for content capture and the role itself offers very strong opportunities for growth.
