The Role
This is a important role and will see the successful candidate taking a leading role in the agency's dedicated client service team. You'll act as the main point of contact for clients to define strategy and approach all while collaborating closely with delivery teams (SEO, Paid Social, Organic). The ideal candidate will
- Have previous experience operating at Account Manager level or above within a digitally focused agency
- Be a confident team leader able to manage resource while mentoring and inspiring junior and mid-level staff
- Be capable of discussing strategy and approach with clients while working closely with delivery teams
- Ideally have work with clients on projects focused around Paid & Organic Social or SEO.
