Account Manager - Marketing Agency in Oxfordshire (flexible, hybrid working)

We're working exclusively with a leading integrated marketing agency based in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. With a focus on creativity, strategic thinking, and results-driven campaigns, the team pride themselves on delivering exceptional marketing solutions for their clients in the automotive sector.

They're looking for an experienced Account Executive or Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving client success and spearheading impactful B2B (fleet) campaigns that help shape the future of automotive marketing. You'll work in a rapidly expanding team on some of the biggest brands in the world.

The ideal candidate will have two years' experience or more in a marketing agency environment, or client side within the automotive sector.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for automotive clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, collaboration, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Oversee the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social media, and events, to drive engagement, leads, and ultimately sales.
  • Work closely with the various internal teams, including creative, digital, and analytics, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for client growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' + experience in account management, preferably within a marketing agency environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing accounts and delivering results-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Some experience of managing budgets and project management generally.
