A well established and fast growing promotional merchandising company is looking for an experienced Account Director or Senior Manager with industry experience to join and focus on managing a large flagship account. Strong earning potential, excellent growth prospects and a large and stable account to manage.
The Company: This London based company is recognised as one of the top businesses in their sector. Specialising in the design, production and delivery of promotional products for multiple sectors, they work with high value corporate clients in sectors including automotive, finance, food, technology and more. The company is proud of its office and workplace environment and the growing team are a welcoming, diverse and social group.
As a direct result of the growth and retention of existing accounts, the business is very keen to speak with experienced Senior Account Management professionals in the promotional merchandising industry as they look for someone to help lead a flagship account.
The Role: Reporting directly to the Senior Management team, this important role will see the successful candidate working with a key retained client to foster lasting relationships and maximise revenue opportunities. You'll have the backing of an excellent junior team and enjoy the stability of a recently retained account for the next several years at least. Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships within all key departments for assigned client, including sales, marketing and procurement contacts.
- Understanding client business initiatives, sales and marketing strategy, sales distribution channel, procurement process, brand strategy, brand identity guidelines, event schedules, ad campaigns, anniversaries, product introductions, in order to proactively present product ranges and secure merchandise orders.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company’s product lines and processes, sales philosophy, and industry conditions to provide innovative support and technical assistance to customers.
- Helping to manage and mentor more junior sales team members.
