A leading UK business in the home DIY space is looking for a Junior Ecommerce Manager to join their team. Unique role with excellent scope for growth, tons of support and plenty of remote/home working flexibility offered.

This highly respected home DIY/Interiors brand has been operating for over 100 years and has been the leading business in their sector for some time. They sell a range of market-leading products to both the UK and global markets and are committed to continued growth. Many of their staff have been with the business for years, and senior management always champions new ideas.

This is an exciting role within the business that will see the successful candidate working closely with the Marketing and Ecommerce Director and with support from the wider marketing/content team. The successful candidate will be tasked with helping to ensure the smooth running and continued improvement of B2C ecommerce platforms.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Ideally have prior experience in an Ecommerce role OR a Marketing role with Ecommerce elements.
  • Have some knowledge of digital shelf optimisation.
  • Be capable of working with marketing to help manage and optimise content for use on web and e-com platforms.
  • Have experience using insights to improve customer shopper journey.
  • Be confident in suggesting new approaches and ideas, contributing to long-term improvement and growth.
