Highly regarded, growing professional services firm is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive or Manager to help build brand awareness and increase inbound leads. A newly created role in an award-winning firm recognised internationally for the high level of work they do. Excellent opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional to make a genuine impact and shape the future direction of the function.

This position would suit someone who is either at Marketing Exec level looking to step up and take ownership of the marketing function, or an experienced Marketing Manager returning to work, or looking for an opportunity to work part time/reduced hours. It is a broad, autonomous role with significant visibility across the business, allowing you to make a significant difference very quickly.

The Opportunity

Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for raising the firm's profile, strengthening its market presence, supporting business development activity and driving engagement across digital and traditional marketing channels. This is a varied role combining strategic thinking with practical execution and would suit an all-rounder with CIM qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the firm's marketing and content strategy
  • Manage social media activity and digital communications
  • Drive brand awareness and profile-raising initiatives
  • Manage website content, SEO and digital marketing campaigns
  • Support business development activity across multiple practice areas
  • Coordinate events, networking initiatives and client engagement programmes
  • Prepare award submissions, directory submissions and industry rankings
  • Support internal stakeholders with marketing materials and visibility initiatives
  • Evaluate marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist with the implementation and development of marketing systems and CRM tools

About You

We're interested in speaking with candidates who have:

  • Experience within a professional services environment (legal, accountancy, consulting, property, insolvency or similar)
  • Strong digital marketing and content creation skills
  • Experience managing social media platforms and content scheduling tools
  • A proactive, self-sufficient approach
  • Experience supporting business development initiatives and events
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing software would be advantageous
