Working directly with the founders, you\'ll take ownership of demand generation and go-to-market strategy, helping build a predictable inbound growth engine from the ground up.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall growth and demand generation strategy
- Build inbound pipeline across content, paid, SEO and lifecycle marketing
- Launch, test and optimise customer acquisition campaigns
- Analyse performance data and scale successful growth channels
- Work closely with sales and founders to drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Ideal Background
- 5-7 years\' experience in B2B Saa S growth or demand generation
- Proven track record of building pipeline and delivering measurable growth
- Experience within an early stage or high growth startup
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset
- Comfortable owning strategy while remaining hands on with execution
- Experience across paid media, content, SEO and growth experimentation
