I’m working with the world’s leading media agency dedicated to the fitness and leisure industry, reaching 50M+ consumers worldwide! They’re now looking for a Senior Account Manager/Key Account Manager to own and grow strategic venue partnerships, and help expand an already impressive estate.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing key gym/leisure partner relationships: developing senior stakeholders across departments
  • Supporting and growing digital/media channels within the venue network
  • Driving venue growth across existing partners’ estates
  • New business generation: identifying new gym operators and taking platform solutions to market end to end
  • Shaping commercial partnerships: matching the right brands to the right venues and networks
  • Project support: refurbishments, installations, new platform rollouts, etc.
  • Financial management across venue and music partners
  • Reporting insights and updates to the MD
  • Helping activate campaigns including sampling/experiential in venue activations
  • Supporting wider sales/marketing efforts with partners when needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ account management experience
  • Comfortable with new business/revenue growth
  • Strong communicator and presenter, credible with senior stakeholders
  • Fitness industry experience is a bonus (operator or supplier side), not a must
  • Personality matters here: personable, proactive, self-starting, team first
  • Organised, detail-sharp, calm under pressure
