We're looking for someone who can think across the entire buyer journey to develop website strategies for ambitious mid-market B2B technology companies. This agency specialises in building & optimising websites for B2B tech brands. They turn complex go-to-market challenges into clear, connected growth systems. Their team of 50 people combine strategy, UX, content, SEO/AEO, and HubSpot delivery to generate inbound leads that convert and drive revenue.
This role reports to one of the founders and will see you working with new, and retained clients, to analyse performance data, identify opportunities and produce actionable insights to help drive traffic, create demand and ultimately convert leads for your client base.
What you’ll do day to day:
- Run discovery and kick-offs calls (must be used to presenting on video calls)
- Translate ambiguous client needs into clear actionable recommendations
- Analyse performance insight to inform future strategy
- Balance data-driven thinking with creative intuition
- Provide detailed guidance on what marketing levers to pull to drive traffic and subsequent conversions.
What you’ll need:
- A strong background in B2B website strategy, UX, CRO, and/or content strategy
- Mid-Market B2B experience
- Ability to extract information from marketing and web analytics
- Confidence to lead workshops & present ideas/reports
- Agency experience managing multiple projects
- Strong CMS/CRM understanding (HubSpot experience is a big plus)
- An interest and experience in AI & Automation tools like Claude
