About the Agency
You'd be joining a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team of 50 people based across two offices. The team brings together strategists, designers, developers, and project managers to deliver outstanding work — from websites and campaign activations to AI-powered platforms and experiences. Their clients are all major international brands across technology, travel, retail, and consumer sectors. The culture is friendly, flexible, and forward-thinking, with a focus on professional development.
The Role
As a Digital Project Executive, you’ll help plan and deliver projects like websites, apps, HTML emails, interactive platforms, and online training programs. Working alongside experienced project managers and developers, you’ll coordinate timelines, track progress, and make sure every deliverable meets the brief, on time and budget. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of project management in a fast-paced creative environment while gaining hands-on experience with emerging AI and automation tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of websites, campaigns, and AI-led digital projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, tasks, and budgets.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and strategists to ensure smooth delivery.
- Assist with testing and quality assurance.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and trackers.
