A B2B Technology Marketing Agency is seeking a designer who loves variety, enjoys solving creative challenges, and wants to see their work make a real impact. They are looking for a talented Junior–Midweight Designer to become their primary in-house creative and help bring channel marketing campaigns to life.
This is a brilliant opportunity to take on genuine creative ownership while working alongside experienced strategists and client services professionals. You'll have the chance to shape campaigns from concept through to delivery, producing work across a wide range of digital and print channels.
What you'll be creating:
- Digital campaign assets
- HTML emails
- Landing pages and web graphics
- Social content
- Print collateral
- Sales presentations
- The occasional animation or motion project
You'll be designing work that helps some of the world's biggest technology brands engage, educate, and motivate their reseller and partner networks.
We're looking for someone with:
- Around 3+ years' commercial design experience (agency experience is a plus)
- A portfolio showcasing strong digital design skills (technology or B2B work is advantageous)
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (or Adobe XD)
- Experience creating polished PowerPoint presentations
- An interest in using AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, and Adobe Firefly to enhance your workflow
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge would be beneficial
- Great communication skills and the confidence to collaborate effectively in a remote team
