A leading live music events business is looking for a commercially focused Sales and Partnerships Manager to help secure partnerships for their UK wide venues and festivals.
The Company
Rooted firmly in live music, this exciting events business owns and operates several venues across the UK and also runs a number of festivals throughout the year. They’ve recently added new venues to their roster, their flagship festivals have grown impressively year on year and the business is always looking for opportunities to grow further. Their team are a welcoming and social group who’re passionate about live music and thoroughly enjoy getting immersed in the sector and bringing events to life. The business has an excellent track record for development and retention and anyone joining can expect a lively environment full of driven and passionate people at all levels.
The Role
Partnerships are an integral part of revenue generation for the business and this is an important role within the team. The successful candidate will be tasked with securing varied brand partners for venues and festivals covering in-person, product, digital, social and more. It’s an ideal role for any driven Partnerships professional with some venue, music or entertainment experience who has a passion for the sector.
- Identifying and securing strategic partnerships with brands and agencies.
- Building long lasting relationships with partners to ensure continued collaboration.
- Thinking creatively to identify new revenue generating opportunities through partnerships.
- Supporting Account Managers where required to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns/activations.
