We’re working with a fast-growing, tech-led RegTech business in London that’s looking for an Account Executive to help accelerate new customer growth across financial services, crypto, accountancy practices, and other regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and qualifying new opportunities across regulated sectors (FS, fintech, crypto, accountancy, etc.).
  • Running high volume outbound activity: cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups to book meetings and progress deals.
  • Managing the full sales cycle for smaller opportunities and supporting senior AEs on larger/strategic deals.
  • Leading discovery calls to understand compliance, onboarding, and risk needs; mapping them to KYC/IDV/AML solutions.
  • Building tailored proposals and quotes, with support on deal structuring where needed.
  • Keeping CRM and pipeline data tight, accurate, and always up to date.
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing and Product to share market feedback and sharpen messaging.
  • Consistently hitting activity and revenue targets in a fast-moving scale-up environment.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience in sales/BDR/SDR roles, ideally in SaaS, fintech, RegTech or compliance adjacent markets.
  • You might be an SDR who’s already closed a handful of deals and wants a clearer AE track.
  • Confident doing lots of cold outreach and comfortable on the phone.
  • Strong commercial instincts and curiosity, you ask good questions and listen properly.
  • You are organised and can manage a busy pipeline while staying upbeat.
  • Bonus points for exposure to regulated industries (financial services, crypto, accountancy, payments, etc.) or selling compliance/data products.
