An Award-Winning Promotional Marketing agency is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join them in a part-time role (3 days a week) and help promote them to potential clients. Market leading agency in their field, strong long term prospects and an energetic and welcoming team on offer.
This long-standing agency has built up a quality client base in retail, FMCG, Drinks and more and media and are widely recognised as one of the top boutique agencies in their sector. Offering creatively driven brand experience, Events and Promotions campaigns, they have won multiple awards for their innovative work. The team are a driven, social and close-knit bunch who’re all hugely passionate about producing work that really delivers for their clients. The agency offers plenty of hybrid working, have realistic expectations and they have a strong track record of developing and progressing staff.
This is a varied role that offers plenty of autonomy but also plenty of support from senior leaders and an existing strategy. The key objective of the role is to promote the agency to potential clients through outreach as well as inbound leads through promotion. You'll be promoting a market leading agency with an already stellar list of clients and the agency has realistic expectations and long term objectives.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading business development efforts through online and social outreach to identified leads.
- Acting as a representative of the agency at events and online (community management).
- Presenting new ideas/strategy for marketing or client attraction while working closely with sales and senior teams.
This is a role that offers the chance to join a stable, market leading agency in a varied role with the clear aim of helping with growth. You'll have plenty of autonomy to suggest new approaches, identify opportunities and operate as you feel is best but you will also have an existing strategy and plenty of support to draw from.
