Are you the kind of person that enjoys building relationships and the buzz of securing sales? This role with a London ad agency could be for you. We’re working with a strategically-led B2B creative and media agency who specialise in helping ambitious brands become famous. They’re part of a global agency partnership and one of the best respected (and awarded) B2B agencies in the UK. Their clients range from PE-backed scale-ups through to major global enterprise brands, and they’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to help open doors with new prospects.

This is a high-energy outbound role, working closely with the Founder and Managing Director to build pipeline and create qualified opportunities with senior decision-makers. You’ll be targeting CMOs, CEOs and leadership teams across enterprise businesses, helping secure qualified meetings and building long-term commercial relationships.

On a day to day basis you will be:

  • Prospecting and engaging senior decision-makers across multiple outbound channels
  • Building relationships with enterprise and PE-backed businesses
  • Using market intelligence and buying signals to identify opportunities
  • Supporting event-led networking initiatives and exclusive client events
  • Managing and nurturing pipeline opportunities alongside the MD
  • Securing qualified meetings for the leadership team to convert

You will likely have:

  • 2-4 years experience within outbound B2B sales
  • Previous experience as an SDR, BDR or Junior BDM
  • A confident style of communication and ability to build trust quickly
  • High energy, resilience and a sense of fun
