We’re working with an innovative marketing agency who have recently developed an AI platform that solves many of their clients' problems. This role is all about communicating the benefits of AI to clients, building them workflows that improve efficiencies and allowing their staff to do more, with less.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients and internal stakeholders to identify business challenges and suggest suitable AI led solutions (with whichever platform is most suitable).
  • Translate requirements into clear product briefs, specifications, and structured deliverables.
  • Define AI workflows, orchestration strategies, and agent interactions (at a conceptual level).
  • Collaborate closely with developers and AI engineers to guide delivery.
  • Own and prioritise the AI product roadmap.
  • Identify scalable, repeatable solutions across multiple clients.
  • Ensure alignment with platform strategy, governance, and best practices.
  • Act as the central link between commercial, product, and technical teams.
  • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and integrate relevant innovations.

Qualifications

  • AI Expertise (Essential): Proven experience working with applied AI systems.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent-based workflows.
  • Experience with AI automation and orchestration across tools/models.
  • Awareness of AI governance, risk, and security considerations.

Stakeholder & Mindset:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable in client-facing, consulting-led environments.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on scalability and long-term value.
  • Enjoys defining solutions rather than building them directly.
