A UK based global Partnerships agency is looking for a Partnerships Director to work with an iconic Entertainment Studio and help secure and deliver EMEA and UK wide Brand Partnerships. The agency is hugely respected and globally recognised, having been operating for well over 2 decades. They offer Partnerships, Events and wider Marketing campaigns for clients, working solely with Film and Entertainment giants. Their multi-award-winning team is renowned for producing creative, outside-the-box campaigns. The team is a welcoming, diverse and enthusiastic group who enjoy a culture built around investing in people. Many of their team have been with the agency for several years, and staff turnover is incredibly far below industry standard. The team is well structured, supported and encouraged.
The Role
This is a new role within the agency as a result of growth and will see the successful candidate report directly into senior management while owning Partnerships output for a Major studio client. The ideal candidate will need prior experience leading and securing Entertainment Partnerships while managing high profile client relationships. The role is well supported by senior management as well as mid and junior level staff.
Responsibilities will include:
- Defining partnerships strategies for the client(s)
- Building and maintaining a strong and varied network of partners across the UK.
- Collaborating closely with the other teams within the agency to deliver fully integrated solutions for clients
- Helping to lead and manage the wider Partnerships team and act as a Senior leadership voice within the agency
- Playing a leading role in the pitching and securing of new partnerships with a range of partner brands.
