The Role: We’re looking for an experienced Strategist to own end‑to‑end strategic website engagements while also supporting ongoing growth programs for retained clients. This is a hybrid strategy & execution role at the intersection of website strategy, HubSpot expertise, and hands‑on performance delivery. Your role will help shape high‑impact website initiatives from discovery through launch, improving UX, content, SEO, and conversion performance on an ongoing basis.
What You’ll be doing day to day:
- Lead client kick‑off calls to extract business goals, audience insights, and positioning
- Develop conversion-driven website strategy and information architecture
- Conduct keyword research to inform page-level SEO/AEO targeting
- Define user journeys and conversion triggers that drive pipeline
- Collaborate on UX and page strategy before design/content phases
- Review designs and content to ensure alignment with strategic recommendations
- Conduct UX, content, and SEO audits of client websites
- Create and execute content marketing strategies
- Deliver hands‑on work: keyword plans, SEO improvements, conversion optimisation
- Collaborate with client‑facing strategists on overflow tasks

- Technical understanding of CMS/CRM ecosystems and marketing automation platforms
