The Role

As the Revenue Operations Leader, you’ll take full ownership of data analytics, reporting, and forecasting.

Brings clarity, insight, and efficiency to a fast‑moving commercial organisation.

  • Build and own all reporting and forecasting frameworks across sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Define and track key Saa S performance metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage).
  • Improve data visibility and forecasting accuracy across the revenue funnel.
  • Optimise and manage the company’s CRM (Hub Spot) to ensure data integrity and usability.
  • Introduce automation and tooling to help scale global operations efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics in a Saa S environment.
  • Deep understanding of Saa S KPIs and commercial performance metrics.
  • Hands‑on experience extracting insights from CRM and BI tools (Hub Spot experience a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness.
  • Confident communicator with ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Startup or scale‑up experience will be highly advantageous.
