Core working hours 10am-4pm

Our client is nearing 50 staff and works with some of the world’s largest tech-focused brands to provide engaging and actionable insights to their clients. The working environment and team are superb, and this is reflected in their interview process.

What do they do?

They are an independent market research agency that delivers engaging & actionable insight to some of the world’s largest technology brands. This is a project management-focused role with a strong emphasis on data. Degree educated, you will need to have an interest and experience in data analysis and reporting.

Key tasks include:

  • Accurately uploading surveys, meeting the survey specifications
  • Managing projects through fieldwork, working effectively with project suppliers, and meeting the project specifications
  • Managing non-standard research projects through fieldwork, including client-sample projects and benchmarking projects
  • Line management
  • Proposal costings & solutions
  • Managing team resources & supporting with recruitment
  • Ensuring data collected in field is robust by applying quality control measures
  • Accurately creating reports for projects, meeting the report specification

To be considered for this role you will need to have a background in an operations environment within market research or insights. You will also need to have the following:

  • B2B quantitative market research experience
  • Strong project management skills & an effective communicator
  • Data processing/tabulation/scripting software experience
  • Strong numeracy skills & competency working with quantitative data
  • Highly accurate and strong attention to detail
  • Line management experience
