A rapidly scaling global SaaS platform is looking to hire a Partnership Manager to drive growth through strategic and referral partnerships.
As the Partner Manager, you’ll be at the heart of building, owning, and growing the partnership ecosystem. You’ll manage and deepen relationships with current tech and recruitment partners, while also identifying new high-value alliances.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with current strategic and referral partners to deliver mutual value and performance.
- Identify and onboard new partnership opportunities, especially within tech and agency ecosystems.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and launch partner GTM campaigns and initiatives.
- Lead messaging, enablement, and positioning for key partners across the ecosystem.
- Track, report, and analyse partner performance and engagement metrics.
- Represent the company at partner meetings, forums, and industry events.
- Maintain CRM and partner facing materials to support scalable engagement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in partner management.
- Background in SaaS with a track record of driving partner led growth.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to forecast pipeline and meet performance targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross functionally.
- Self starter with strong execution capabilities and a collaborative approach.
Bonus
- Experience in B2B, eCommerce, HR tech, or FinTech sectors.
- A history of exceeding revenue targets through co-marketing and strategic initiatives.
