A well-established, forward-thinking organisation in the creative and digital space is looking for a Media Operations Manager to join their London team. This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery, creative execution, and campaign operations, supporting the smooth rollout of digital content. Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll play a key role in supporting high-profile digital initiatives, applying your technical know-how across a range of tools and platforms to help deliver seamless, engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor junior front-end developers on the production team
- Support creative teams in developing and implementing interactive HTML5 advertising using tools like DoubleClick Studio, GWD, Figma, and Photoshop
- Liaise with senior stakeholders across creative and operations, offering technical insight and input on campaign strategy
- Manage QA processes, debugging, and cross-device compatibility
- Troubleshoot ad-serving issues, tags, tracking, and reporting
- Ensure all creatives are developed in line with brand and platform guidelines
- Stay abreast of digital media and ad tech innovations
Experience Required
- Proven background in digital advertising, technical ad ops, or front-end production
- Strong understanding of ad serving, dynamic creative, tagging, and media trafficking
- Hands-on experience with Google Marketing Platform (DV360, DCM/CM360, GAM)
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (basic), and dynamic creative templates
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
- Competency in prototyping and asset development using Figma or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Excellent communicator and team collaborator across departments
