A global and fast-growing Fintech business is seeking a talented analytical Revenue Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join at the early stages of a new venture, working alongside an experienced Chief Revenue Officer to help shape go-to-market strategy, optimise processes, and align sales, client success, operational, and finance functions to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and maintain revenue forecasts, pipeline metrics, and performance dashboards
- Analyse trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and improved client engagement
- Design and optimise scalable processes across the full client lifecycle
- Oversee CRM management (Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, automation, and reporting capabilities
- Lead the transition to HubSpot and own the implementation process
- Evaluate and deploy new tools to enhance productivity and client experience
- Produce actionable insights from data analysis and market intelligence
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on revenue goals and operational priorities
- Support go-to-market strategies and client onboarding initiatives
Requirements
Must have:
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, and Power BI proficiency
- Experience in B2B services, legal tech, or financial services
- Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently within a remote first, global environment
Nice to have:
