Are you a data-driven digital marketer with a passion for B2B and technology? This lovely agency is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing team of 25 based in South Oxfordshire. They work with some of the world’s biggest tech brands, delivering smart, lead-focused campaigns that drive real results.
About the Role
As Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in planning, executing and optimising campaigns across Paid Media , Social Media , and broader digital channels. You’ll help deliver high-impact lead generation campaigns, manage campaign reporting and performance tracking, and support our Account and Strategy teams with activation across multiple digital platforms.
You’ll get hands-on experience across global campaigns and have a chance to shape work that genuinely moves the needle for their clients.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Set up and manage digital campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta and others
- Optimise Paid Media and Social Media activity to hit campaign objectives
- Track performance and compile campaign reports with insights and recommendations
- Work with client teams to support campaign planning and execution
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools and techniques
What They\’re Looking For
- 1 years\’ experience in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house) OR a relevant digital marketing degree
- Solid understanding of Paid Media (PPC, paid social, display) and Social Media platforms
- Comfortable working with data, analytics and performance reporting
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
