We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a dynamic marketing agency, for an Account Manager to join their client services team. This role is ideal for an organised, client-focused professional looking to manage high-profile campaigns and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client projects from initial scoping to final delivery.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication.
• Oversee project budgets, cost estimates, and invoicing.
• Maintain organised project documentation.
• Translate client briefs into actionable creative briefs.
• Review creative work for accuracy before submission.
• Lead meetings and project status updates.
• Support senior team members on larger campaigns.

About You

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
