We\’re working exclusively with a leading integrated marketing agency based in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. With a focus on creativity, strategic thinking, and results-driven campaigns, the team pride themselves on delivering exceptional marketing solutions for their clients who tend to be in automotive, financial & professional services.
Following a recent new business win, they\’re now looking for an experienced AM or Senior AM to join them on a permanent basis.
As an Account Manager, you\’ll play a pivotal role in driving client success and spearheading impactful b2b (fleet) campaigns that help shape the future of automotive marketing. You\’ll work in a rapidly expanding team on household brand names.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key automotive client, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, collaboration, and delivering exceptional service.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to each client\’s objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and industry trends.
- Work with an Account Executive providing guidance & support where necessary.
- Oversee the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social media, and events, to drive engagement, leads, and sales.
- Work closely with the various internal teams, including creative, digital, and analytics, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for client growth and innovation.
Qualifications
- 4 years\’ + experience in account management, preferably within a marketing agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing accounts and delivering results-driven marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Some experience of managing budgets and project management generally.
